- ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) training Required;
- Any third party (BV/ITS/SGS etc.) experienced is highly preferable;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
- Good communication skills in both Bengali and English and well behavior.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and o run successfully QMS throughout whole manufacturing process from warehouse to finished goods area;
- Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements, Implement all technical audit requirements and ability to conducting internal QMS audit to ensure compliance with quality standard and identifying areas improvement;
- Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN and 5S;
- Good analytical and technical skill knowledge on all quality control process;
- Implement TLS in the sewing line to track and control operator wise defects;
- Control all technical file / quality documentation / SOP / Quality metrics / KPI etc;
- Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practice;
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
