Summary

Education

Post-graduation with at least 5 to 8 years of experience of handling independently Quality Functions & Audit.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a managerial position is required.
Professional certification and training in the field such as QMS (ISO 9001:2015) is a plus.
Rotogravure / Flexo, Offset printing experience will be an advantage.
Experience in managing a team of 5-10 members in the department.
Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Monitor QC activities in all Pre & Post Press processes.
Ensure all Inline quality checks are in place for 100% defect-free products dispatched to customers.
Manage quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments.
Responsible for continuous up-gradation of quality management systems (QMS) for better control and compliance.
Initiate improvement to working methods, procedure writing, and internal/external quality audits.
Lead and facilitate investigations into customer complaints and ensure corrective & preventative action is taken.
Compile all KPI’s and reporting to the management team on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
Setting and review of quality objectives and the review of the companies’ quality policy in cooperation with the management team.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
Ensure quality at production site and visit client site for claims and new requirements.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
