Responsibilities & Context

HBF was founded in 2011 in DHAKA and is a company for textile and hair products that are manufactured by hand or semi-automatically. Our products are customized and niche products for high quality goods. Our processes range from chemical finishing of fabrics and fibers, brightening, dyeing, gluing, assembly, cutting, pressing, fiber blending to the final products. We use various TUV SUD quality assurance methods in detail, but without an overall concept.We are more than just a manufacturer; we are also innovators. Our in-depth technical knowledge and commitment has led to many patents, and our research and development in the field of textile fibers and hair will continue to drive our business forward. Our customers are high quality textile processors worldwide who have very high-quality demands.  Our engineers are able to introduce you to all the features and characteristics of our customers’ quality requirements.We are one of more than five production facilities of our group worldwide. At HBF, precision and products that withstand the daily stresses of the market are what counts. We give our customers a 36-month guarantee on our products.

  • IMMEDIATELY (First two Month)

    a. Insight and learning and understanding of the organization chart and command structure.

    b. Insight and learning of the basic processes, process steps, material logistics, responsibilities, product components, final products.

    c. Overview of quality assurance, insight into all process reports, performance reports, quality reports, work and shift schedules. Warehouse and logistics.

    d. Learning the communication channels, email, process management software bitrix24.

    e. Submission of an initial report and the first improvement measures.

  • THERAFTER Get a better view

    a. check all what ensure that each product meets the quality requirements and warranty requirements of our customers.

    b. Review, improve and ensure all quality checks of the final products.

    c. Review, improve and ensure all quality checks of product components.

    d. Checking, improving and ensuring all quality checks of raw materials and auxiliary materials and consumables.

    e. Checking, improving and ensuring all logistics routes and production steps.

    f. Review, improve and ensure the training and motivation of quality inspectors.

    g. Raise awareness in the quality inspectors that accurate work is an absolute must and is the most important for the success of the company.

    h. Participate in the manufacturing departments to follow up on non-conformity reports submitted during the processes and establish a preventive action plan.

    i. Track quality related issues and incidents in the master issue list and report trends, findings and closure status to business unit management on a regular basis.

    j. Understand and categories issues by discipline such as quality, operations, design etc.

  • IMPLEMENT YOUR APPROVED PLANS

    a. Continuously improve and simplify the work and manufacturing process.

    b. Ensure that no processes, operations, quality standards, controls and tests are changed without consultation with customers and approval from headquarters.

    c. Drive long-term quality improvement actions (new processes, structural changes, training, etc.) within the business unit to increase metrics such as first pass yield and number of quality related returns.

    d. Track and investigate quality-related returns and customer complaints with a view to long-term prevention.

    e. Coordinate the first article inspection process for new manufacturing processes or parts.

    f. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase product quality, reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

    g. Identify and implement process improvements based on lean manufacturing principles.

    h. Supervise and mentor the Quality Assurance team and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

    i. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization and employees.

  • FROM YEAR 3

    a. Ensure the manufacturing facility achieves ISO certification in 5 years.

    b. Coordinate and oversee all ISO related activities, including internal and external audits.

    c. Act as the main point of contact for ISO certification bodies.

    d. Act as the Management Representative (MR) for the QMS.

    e. Report to top management and headquarters on QMS performance and any need for improvement.

    f. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
