Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years

• 10 to 15 years’ experience in Yarm factory.
• Must be dynamic, result oriented, cost-conscious and conversant with modern spinning production related quality management system.
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize.
• Good Leadership.
• Good MS Office & Emailing skill.
• Age at least 35 years.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system that complies with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and ensure that they are followed by all employees in the factory.
• Develop and lead a team of quality control personnel to conduct product inspections, audits, and testing to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the factory’s operations.
• Identify and Implement process Improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Develop and Implement training programs for employees to improve their understanding of quality control procedures and requirements.
• Manage the factory’s quality records, including inspections, audits, and testing results.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
• Conduct root cause analyses of quality issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct regular quality meetings with senior management to provide updates on the quality management system’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Implementation, Monitoring & Maintaining records related to meeting GRS & RCS guidelines.
• Knowledge of sustainable product manufacturing, le. GRS, RCS & OCS
• Responsible for Identification, Separation, and cleanliness of GRS/RCS/OCS Product.
• Any other job assigned by management.
