Must be good at Computer office programs, can make online documentation, can work in ERP.
Candidate should have demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, Sound knowledge on incoming material Inspection & Fabric Inspection, Environmental & Chemical Management, Buyer COC & Audit.·
Should be hard working & quick learner.

Responsibilities & Context

To communicate with buyers, understand their requirements and arrange to meet the standards.
Develop the quality standard and rules-regulations for achieving the quality of the Knit Garments trims and accessories & Fabrics.
Maintain and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
Conduct Quality audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry process) section
Responsible for reporting raw material quality and safety for effective decision making;
Fulfill the requirements of Environment Module of HIGG INDEX FEM 3.0, ICS Audit and also environment, health & safety related part in other certification and buyer’s COC audit;
Understand reports of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environment Management Plan;
Take Plan for improving the parameter on environmental assessment;
Collect month wise utility data with the collaboration of utility team, provide monthly, bi-annual and annual performance data as per buyers requirement.
Must have understanding regarding BCMP (Best Chemical Management Practice), Chemical Management & Compliance, BlueSign/BHIVE/BVE3
Take plan for improving the parameter on environmental assessment.
Take part in developing newer policies on environmental management and ensure the practices as per policy;
Take part in conducting internal audits to find out gaps and then ensure the standards of environmental aspects.
Face various types of audits regarding environmental aspects.
Maintain and ensure Brands’ Minimum Requirement of environmental & Chemical aspects.
Understand MRSL, RSL, SDS, MSDS and maintain documentation properly, ensure proper guideline about chemical purchasing issue Ensure proper chemical management in the chemical store and floor.
Attend Buyer meeting/seminar related to quality & Environmental & Chemical Management purposes.
Attend training if needed & arrange training for related workers, maintain records
Any other related job arranged by Top Management.
