Responsibilities & Context
- Establish quality control procedures for every step in the production process, from the design stage to the final product inspection.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage quality control teams and professionals who inspect and test products for quality.
- Analyze data and identifying areas for improvement for addressing those issues.
- Collaborate with other departments as work with design, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards about changes in regulations, customer expectations, and trends to ensure that the company’s quality control procedures remain effective.
- Train all new staff to assign the position.
