Responsibilities & Context

• Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures for the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Inspection and Testing: Develop and manage inspection and testing protocols to identify defects and ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Training and Development: Train and develop staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to maintain high-quality production.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall manufacturing processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection results, defect rates, and corrective actions. Generate reports for management review.
• Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback and complaints, analyze trends, and work with the production team to address any quality concerns.
• Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, design teams, and other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• New Product Development: Participate in the development of new sweater designs to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start.
• Give the section wise approval before start the bulk Production.
• Maintain the inline by buying QC/Buyer Nominated Factory GPQA during bulk production & ensure the Pre-Final inspection pass before offer the final inspection.
• Arrangement yarn inspection and approval.
• Arrangement size set review and Conduct PP Meeting with Buying QA/ Factory People’s.
• Conduct the pilot run/first bundle review meeting with all concern person’s & Ensure good quality of the garments.
• Before start bulk production arranges risk analysis meeting with customer and internal team for achieve product quality during bulk production.
• Arrangement the QMS Audit with customers.
