Responsibilities & Context
Oversee daily operations of the reservation department, ensuring efficient handling of booking inquiries and confirmations.
Manage and guide the reservations team to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor reservation trends and recommend strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and update reservation policies and procedures as required.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
