Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, Pool bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant sales, analyze financial performance, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for guests.

Provide employee accommodation & full time meal facilities.
