Responsibilities & Context

Omni Shoes Limited is an integrated company that manufactures and sells shoes in its own stores. The main objectives of the company are to establish “OMNI” as a leading brand with good quality and fashionable shoes for the family at a reasonable price. The position will lead the retail team, drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and ensure customer service.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Growth and Profitability:

• Achieve/exceed sales, profit, and the highest stock turnover.
• Develop and execute monthly/seasonal action plans to boost revenue and market share.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify expansion opportunities.

Operational Efficiency:

• Enforce cost control measures to maintain expenses within the budget
• Oversee inventory management, minimizing aging stock, and optimizing slow moving product actions
• Ensure accurate stock reporting , Audits and loss prevention protocols

Team Leadership and Development:

• Coach and develop area manager and branch managers
• Build pipeline of promotable talent
• Regularly assess performance against standards

Customer Experience and Brand Standard:

• Maintain store displays , adhering to the corporate visual guidelines
• Lead promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates
• Ensure store facilities, equipment, and assets are well maintain

Loss Prevention and Asset Protection:

• Enforce safety protocols and security measures
• Minimize inventory shrinkage through audits and price checks

Administration and reporting:

• Submit Travel Plans, Expense Approvals, and operational reports to the Retail Manager
• Propose strategic adjustment (e.g Price reduction, transfer) for retail Manager approval
