Responsibilities & Context

We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Manager/ RSM to regularly visit each sales point within the region to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and sales goals are being met. The Manager/ RSM responsibilities include evaluating the work done by team members, training sales teams, and analyzing sales trends.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales, marketing and distribution strategies for the designated region to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Planning, organizing, promoting and implementing various sales strategies for profitability.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales and marketing team. Provide guidance, coaching and support to ensure the team’s success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and competitors’ activities within the region. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Drive sales growth by setting clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expand and motivate the distribution network by identifying and appointing new distributors, dealers and retailers within the region.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry developments. Effectively communicate this information to customers and the sales team.
  • Manage the regional sales and marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Generate regular reports on regional sales performance, market trends and competitor activities. Provide updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards and company policies in the region.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, branding and merchandising activities to enhance the TMSS LPG Brand’s visibility and market presence.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance TMSS LPG’s market position and growth opportunities.
  • Explore opportunities for expanding TMSS LPG brand’s presence in new territories within the region.
  • Gather feedback from customers and distributors to drive product improvements and enhance service quality.
  • Develop contingency plans and effectively manage crises or emergencies that may arise in the region.
  • Cross-functional coordination.
  • Regularly assess the performance of the regional team members, provide feedback and facilitate their professional development.

Job Location:  Primarily for the Dhaka market.
