• Leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities & Context

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to align sales strategies with product launches.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
