Responsibilities & Context

• We are seeking a person who can actively manage the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Six Seasons Hotel sales team. include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Research prospects and generate leads. Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Oversee room sales for the hotel, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation. Lead the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, focusing on exceptional service, menu development, and customer satisfaction.·
• Plan and execute events and functions, ensuring seamless operations from setup to service, meeting high standards of quality and guest experience. ·
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to attract clients for room bookings, dining experiences, and banquet events.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages development and excellence in service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor budgets, forecast sales, and analyze market trends to maximize profitability. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings.
