Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 42 years

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (especially in wholesale or fieldwork)
• Have a motorcycle and a valid driving license (Treat as extra experience)
• Willing to travel all over the country
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Honest, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

Mayabon is a rapidly growing company offering high-quality Beauty products. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Marketing & Sales Executive to help expand our retail and wholesale market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Visit markets and potential wholesale clients to promote and sell products
• Identify and on board new wholesale buyers
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and report to management
• Maintain proper documentation of sales and client communications

Location: Office at Dhaka (Country wide Field-Based)
