Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or Marketing.

Experience

• 7 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Hotel, Airline, Travel Agent, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Transportation, Supply Chain

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• 7+ years of relevant experience in logistics sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s logistics ecosystem, including transportation networks and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, team leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven success in B2B logistics sales and client management.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on logistics services (transportation, warehousing, distribution).
• Identify and target large business clients with supply chain needs.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet revenue and client acquisition goals.
• Maintain high-level relationships with corporate clients and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy accordingly.
• Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure CRM and reporting systems are updated regularly.
