Responsibilities & Context

  • The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, creating and managing international sales accounts, and driving partnerships and trade promotions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development) etc.
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent required.
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations required.
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable required.
  • Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture required business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
  • English Fluency in writing, reading and speaking.MS Ward, Excel working speed.
