Additional Requirements

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales operations.
Proven track record of managing a nationwide sales team and consistently exceeding sales targets is a must.
Experience in Leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills are essential.
Must be willing to travel frequently outside Dhaka.

Lead and manage nationwide sales operations for Agro Feed products by developing and executing sales plans to expand market share and consistently achieve target objectives.
To set a sound field force, dealer channel and target setting ensuring continues growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.Conduct regular field visits and supervise regional sales teams.
Build and nurture relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
Ensure effective reporting and coordination with the Head Office.
Identify and visit potential clients like retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Promote Agro Fit products and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Meet sales targets and report daily/weekly performance.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
