Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly
- Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for the region.
- Follow up with clients and visits.
- Responsible for achieving individual’s monthly/yearly sales KPI target.
- To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
- To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team’s activities.
- Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.
