• Experience in stationery product sales & Marketing is highly Preferable.

• Must be Result Driven, Strong analytical ability, excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.

• Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.

• Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.

• Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,

• Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.

• Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.

• Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors’ strategies.

• Tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market.

• Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.

• To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.
