Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
- Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
- Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.
- Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,
- Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
- Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
- Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors’ strategies.
- Tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
- To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.
