Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
- The incumbent shall be working as the “Manager-Sales & Marketing” of the Building Materials – Tiles.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect information about customers, market conditions, competition and provide feedback to management.
- Visit existing and newly constructed Developer Firms, Architect Firms, and ongoing projects of commercial and private buildings in the area.
- Submit promotional Proposal to boost the sales of your territory.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Assist line manager in preparing monthly demand plan as per market demand.
- Responsible for achieving targets.
- Prepare and present periodic reports.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
