Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and elevate brand presence. This role involves overseeing sales operations, creating marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. As a key contributor to the business, the Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with senior management to align strategies with company goals and adapt to evolving market trends.

Key Responsibility:

Sales Strategy Implementation

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.

Team Management & Development

• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify potential new clients and opportunities for business expansion.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and report on sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, presenting sales forecasts, and progress.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Use insights to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
