- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs by implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Daily Reporting: Update and maintain daily reports on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and timely data tracking.
- Compliance with Company Policies: Adhere to company rules and regulations while performing all tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve critical client issues with a smart and effective approach, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Smart Decision-Making: Assist clients in making informed decisions based on thorough market analysis and trends.
