We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring that the company’s marketing goals are met effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and dedicated, and possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs by implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Daily Reporting: Update and maintain daily reports on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and timely data tracking.
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Adhere to company rules and regulations while performing all tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve critical client issues with a smart and effective approach, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Smart Decision-Making: Assist clients in making informed decisions based on thorough market analysis and trends.
  • Dedication & Hard Work: Demonstrate commitment to the role and company goals, working diligently to achieve the best results.
