Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
