Responsibilities & Context

Mohubor Rahman Particle Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast growing manufacturing company in Northern part of the country and producing high quality Plywood, Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) and Particle Board, Melamine Faced Chip board and Veneered board. We are looking for Manager-Sales & Marketing (Plywood, MDF and Particle Board) with following requirements and qualification.

  • Managing / controlling team to develop, execute and complete assignments.
  • Organize team roles and evaluate employee performance.
  • Documenting operational tasks and reporting to management.
  • Perform employee reviews and evaluations. Formulating strategic and operational objectives.
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Lead and drive the Corporate Sales working closely with the top management.
  • Sell Plywood/MDF/Particle Board to various corporate and medium organizations.
  • Responsible for planning and executing all Corporate Sales activities, including building strategies, managing product listings and pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing sales proposals and providing sales services.
  • Responsible to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
  • Provide after sales services to corporate clients to maintain a good relationship and to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective corporate clients and partners.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, competitor analysis, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners and clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure product quality and achieve on-time fulfillment.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
