Additional Requirements

At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience at any reputed Travel Agency and proficiency in GDS system

Must have experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, and EMD.
Must have expert knowledge of domestic/ international, online, and group booking.
Must have fast and efficient communication skills with Clients and about their queries.
Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Maintaining proper official records.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts, and others accordingly.
Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.

Good Skill in English in Written and Spoken
