Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager- Sales to lead the sales efforts across our 18 coffee shops, fine dining restaurants, and Labaid Group F&B services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving monthly sales targets and enhancing performance across other business segments.

Duty Hour: As per company Policy

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth for Wellness Café: Drive sales performance for Wellness Café, focusing on increasing revenue from existing operations.
• Corporate Engagement: Strengthen and expand corporate relationships to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Business Expansion: Develop strategies to enrich the company’s current business and explore new growth opportunities.
