Responsibilities & Context

• Assist top management in developing yearly sales strategies and implement action plans accordingly.
• Prepare and manage sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for retail and corporate segments.
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality to ensure business goals are met.
• Lead and guide the sales team to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct regular reviews of product performance, slow-moving items, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer care, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure timely reporting to top management on sales performance, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate team performance and conduct training to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
