Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 32 years
  • Must be proficient in computer work.
  • Especially, you must have good skills in M/S Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G-Suite.
  • Must have high-level reporting skills.
  • Real and practical experience in leading a team.
  • Hardworking, honest, team player motivated and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Management:

  • Lead the sales and marketing team. Providing them with proper guideline and responsible their works.
  • Set sales targets and developing appropriates strategies to achieve the goal.
  • Monitor and analyze sales & marketing performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Working at the highest level with consistency and diligence to meet sales targets.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Execute the plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve products and services.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate & developers sector and market trends.
  • Close every sale efficiently. Special ability to influence every sale of the team

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and CRM agents.
  • Ensure excellent ও convenient customer service with highly satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling client demand.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate & developer’s sales agents.
  • Provide training and coaching to improve sales & marketing team performance.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, sales targets, lead generation, and performance reviews.

Operational Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, marketing & CRM activities and transactions.
  • Generating leads regularly, distributing them to the sales team, getting timely work updates from them, and preparing reports.
  • Appropriate knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and confidentiality in all transactions.
