Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the entire sample development process, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate effectively with pattern makers, machinists, merchandisers, and other key personnel.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Track sample development activities, including materials, processes, and revisions.
- Train and guide team members to elevate their skills and ensure sample consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sample development processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Manage Sample Department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
