Additional Requirements

Overlook the execution of sampling and pattern.
Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room, and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
Come across the time limits for all developments and samples with factual quality.
Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirements of customers during sample development.
Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and developing, implementing, and enforcing CAD standards.
Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determine all matters concerning fabric width and markers.
Hand over the styles to the merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicate the development status with the concerned person.
Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.
Leading Pattern Master, developing prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as per the requirements.
Make sure cost saving by achieving the best efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
