Responsibilities & Context
- Overlook the execution of sampling and pattern.
- Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room, and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
- Come across the time limits for all developments and samples with factual quality.
- Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirements of customers during sample development.
- Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and developing, implementing, and enforcing CAD standards.
- Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determine all matters concerning fabric width and markers.
- Hand over the styles to the merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicate the development status with the concerned person.
- Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Leading Pattern Master, developing prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as per the requirements.
- Make sure cost saving by achieving the best efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
