The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry
Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Sample Making

Communicate with the technical person/buyer to clarify buyer requirements/comments (if required)
Review & understand buyer comments on pattern & sample and ensure corrections if needed
Ensure optimum efficiency of CAD
Ensure timely and accurate marker delivery to cutting section
Ensure reduction of process loss & wastage like fabric wastage, rejection, extra working hours etc.
Coordinate with required depts. & review progress periodically
Ensure all styles are risk assessed & manage with high-risk standards
Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedures & practices, including documentation of standard operating procedures for all recurring processes and activities
To maintain updated fitting SOP, pattern & specifications and other relevant documents
Attend buyer’s meetings like PP, size-set, technical, and corrective action plan meetings
To provide technical advice and support to buyer & production team members
