Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Senior role Managerial position within supply chain management.
Hands on Leadership capability.
Experience in the SCM department of IT & Infrastructure industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Deep functional planning knowledge.
Excellent English (writing and speaking) is required.

Develop and implement a strong procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and supplier diversification.
Source, evaluate, and onboard local suppliers/vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
Prepare a Vendor suitability list for the company.
Generate purchase orders for required materials, equipment, and services.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of orders & delivery to departments.
Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payment processing.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or shortage.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Work closely with other departments for smooth SCM functionality.
