Additional Requirements

To deal with the buyers (M&S, Puma, s.Oliver, H&M) independently for all kinds of Knit garment printing issues.
Well experienced in Photo print, Pigment print, Foil print, High Density print, Rubber print, Glitter print, Flock print, Crack print etc.
Have sound knowledge of garment printing factory machinery like MNR machine, Auto printing machine, Table printing and its operation.
Technically sound in Knit garment printing process.
Must have experience in a renowned garment printing factory.
The incumbent should have good interpersonal communication skill.
Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (Europe & USA).

Independently manage the operations of a screen printing factory.
Handle communications and negotiations with buyers for all knit garment printing matters.
Ensure screen print quality meets buyer specifications and standards.
Achieve production targets on an hourly, daily, and monthly basis.
Review and approve initial outputs, samples, and printed panels, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Provide technical support and solutions to resolve issues during bulk production, assisting the production team in implementing quality standards to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Take immediate corrective actions and provide feedback if any defects are identified in the printing lines.
