Ex. Defense Officer with at least 05 years work experience in the relevant area.

10 years working experience in the industrial security.

Manage overall administrative functions including housekeeping, transport, canteen services, and facility maintenance.
Administer the security of the factory, including physical security measures, CCTV surveillance systems and access control mechanisms.
Design, install and monitor security & safety systems on-site.
Periodically conduct fire safety and security awareness programs, security audit as well as security training to improve the efficiency of the guard force.
Handle incident and conduct investigations in the event of any security breaches.
Supervise security personnel ensuring 24/7 vigilance and discipline.
Support the factory operations head in crisis management situations.
Develop and maintain a communication network with local police and security authorities; liaise with them in case of major incidents.
Prepare and monitor the departmental budget; manage various departmental bills; plan and implement CAPEX related to security & administrative operations.
