Responsibilities & Context
- Overall responsible for the newly established security Company.
- Make annual budget and revenue plan and drive his team to achieve the goal.
- Ensure business expansion, create and onboard new clients.
- Carryout security survey, new post deployment, event management and to provide short term security service to client premises.
- Communicate & develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship.
- Regular Field visit and generate lead’s thereby converting into prospect Marketing.
- Manage Training and parade in regular basis for the security personnel.
- Ensure that proposals align with the client’s objectives and budget constraints.
- Create reports for management on security status.
- Others, as and when assigned by the management.
