Responsibilities & Context

• To carryout compliance plan throughout the year and continuous contribution to the development and implementation of Heatmap.
• Ensure adequate understanding of the compliance structure provided by the regulatory guidelines.Developing compliance policies and procedures of the company based on the compliance structure.
• Ensure that the organizational structure and day to day activities are in line with the regulatory framework. In this regard, the compliance officer needs to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated into business process.
• Ensure ongoing development and administration of compliance program for all employees.In this regard compliance officer is required to advice, oversee and train on compliance requirements.
• Carry out investigations related to possible non-compliance or to ensure compliance is taking place and monitor compliance program that have been put in place to ensure adequacy through gap analysis.
• Conduct a monthly compliance meeting with Managing Director & CEO and reporting to Audit Committee of Board of Directors through Head of Internal Audit & Compliance.
• Participate in training closely related to job and attend any other training program/seminar/dialogue as required.
• Work closely with the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance in preparing the annual compliance plan and might also advice on risk management.
