Right now, we are looking for passionate individual to join our Procurement team.We are inviting applications from the only eligible who has experienced with a similar job (Construction) in a similar industry (Real Estate) minimum of 6 to 8 years at managerial level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise luxurious & regular residential projects, total activities of the structural work as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
- Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently.
- Planning for proper signs of progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
- Monitor the specification of all materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
- Monitor and supervise the activities of PE, DPE, and APE according to site Program/ Schedule.
- Maintain inter-departmental coordination with all other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
- Maintain and comply with the standard operating procedure at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within a prescribed budget.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule, and maintenance of the specification.
- To certify all running and final bills of contractors.
- Prepares project reports for Management.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
