Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Knowledge on Labor Law, service rule etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the company
- To supervise all recruitment procedure in organization.
- Recruitment of Employee & their training & development.
- Responsible to maintain the daily attendance of employee & overtime records.
- Update Man power status, daily /weekly/monthly.
- Prepare new personal file of new worker/Staffs & ensure personal file updating
- Assist to Dept. Head to review the performance of all staffs and workers at the end of the year and arrange for salary /promotion evaluation.
- Monitor health and safety issue & Housekeeping,
- Floor visit, prepare cap, perform internal compliance audit & Compliance Activities.
- Mail Correspondence
- Make Insurance List, Monitor Lefty letter issue in right time.
- Prepare Final Settlement bill.
- Allocate & distribution to new employee off ID card & Mobile Sim .
- Responsible for disciplinary action against any breach of norms.
- Ensure implementation of national labor laws.
- Maintains and updates employees leave related data.
- Organize Interviews and interview sessions of the job applicants, evaluate applicants skills and assess suitability.
- Assist to Department HeadĀ for workforce planning & skills assessment..
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
