Real Estate

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design.
Knowledge of codes and industry standards (e.g. BNBC, ECR, PWD, ASTM etc.).
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Plumbing and sanitary system design of buildings (Commercial, Residential, Industrial) as per national standard, guidelines and regulation.
Ability to develop concepts as well as detail design and ability to present the same to Client, Construction Engineer and Contractor.
Conversant in water demand calculation, water distribution and drainage system pipe size calculation, storm water drainage calculation, sewage and water treatment plant capacity calculation.
Ability to prepare tender BOQ, technical specification and cost estimation for proposed plumbing and sanitary system designs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
