Job Context:
ACI Premio Plastics, which is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. It is looking for a suitable job incumbent who will be responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all factory’s production under supervision of Factory Head. He will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of production schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to implement quality control procedures and resolve any quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for any production-related defects.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment through training, audits, and continuous improvement of safety practices.
- Address any safety incidents promptly and effectively.
- Manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of production goals with business objectives.
- Participate in new product development and launch processes, providing input on manufacturability and production feasibility.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
