Additional Requirements

Oversee and monitor the overall quality of the wash factory operations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards in both wet and dry sections.
Conduct daily briefings with quality staff to review and communicate quality expectations.
Collect and review quality reports from night and day shifts.
Identify root causes of quality issues and develop action plans for resolution.
Collaborate with production managers, general managers, and directors to address and rectify quality problems.
Ensure proper implementation of all processes in the wet and dry sections.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to the quality team, especially for new styles or buyers.
Develop and maintain a quality plan for both shifts to achieve set targets.
Prepare and send hourly and daily quality reports to the general manager and director.
Communicate effectively with buyers, factory production teams, and quality personnel in other factories.
Attend production meetings to gather information on upcoming orders and set quality targets.
Supervise and follow up with the quality control team.
Organize regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality team.
Prepare the team to meet and exceed buyer expectations.
Support the factory in providing comprehensive quality control services from sampling to final inspection.
Implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
Ensure proper housekeeping and documentation practices are followed.
