Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Super¬vising and guiding the sales team leader (AM-DM) as well as to motivate staff to achieve monthly targets.

Well relationship

Sales Support:

  • Maintain the effective strategy so that the regional managers can collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential clients, and generate leads.
  • Assist the regional managers in creating sales presentations, proposals to dealers and build contract with those dealers.
  • Provide support to the regional managers in negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Support the regional managers & marketing team in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s competitive position.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients as well as with all stakeholder regarding the marketing & sales of the company.
  • Assist to the regional managers to response to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer feedback promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Coordination:

  • Ensure the regional managers work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies, share information, and coordinate activities.
  • Initiative to ensure the regional managers guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Strategy regarding collaborative and positive work environment.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Ensure the regular report from the regional managers to regarding Collection and sales and marketing data to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the report of the regional managers to Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Collection & Cash flow Management:

  • Assist the regional managers to the development and management of the sales and marketing budgets.
  • Provide the effective strategy to the regional managers to Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.

Industry Awareness:

  • Ensure effective strategy for the regional managers to Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Initiative for the regional managers to Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
