Must have sound knowledge of Lingerie Manufacturing & Lingerie Pattern Making.
Competent in measurement, and fitting for lingerie products.
Technical knowledge of pattern and grading, garment construction, and sewing techniques for lingerie products.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering skill development.
Ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Provide technical expertise to design and production teams.
Address and resolve technical issues in the production process.
Drive innovation in materials, construction, and production techniques.
Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to align technical specifications with product vision.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.
Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Manage technical budgets and control costs in the operational processes.
