A well reputed Company for ICU, CCU, NICU, OT Equipment & other related medical devices supply and service provider In Bangladesh intent to appoint urgently for the post.

Responsibilities & Context:

Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine visits for Hospital equipment sold by the Company across Bangladesh. This includes ICU, CCU, NICU and OT and various type of medical equipment’s etc. ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Prepare Service offer, submission maintenance bill and collect those bills on behalf of the Company.
The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues, management at all levels, clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.
Performing routine maintenance checks on biomedical equipment through testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting.
Installing new biomedical equipment and adjusting the device according to medical specifications.
Repairing faulty machinery on a routine basis and tending to emergency repairs as needed.
Keeping a digital record of equipment repairs, faulty components, and recalibrated devices.
Ensuring that all equipment meets company standards of safety and quality, and is in compliance with relevant laws.
