Additional Requirements

To develop a Quality Improvement and Assurances Plan, then Implement and ensure the quality control process/procedures from cut to finish.
To maintain buyer quality standards from receiving raw material to shipment.
To achieve and maintain DHU percentage and final inspection pass rate per set target.
To monitor QA & QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
To identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.
To take corrective measures by root cause analysis against any quality related findings.
To review all inspection findings (in line/pre-final/final) and take corrective actions to eliminate re occurrence.
To review rejects garments and analysis root cause and guide the team to minimize reject%.
To ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance related parameters.
To represent the company to buyer for any quality related activities.
To need to finalize the critical operation, and quality points and explain them to the quality team.
To lead quality assurance team & make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for further leader.
To foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards.
