Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the sewing department to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate sewing schedules to meet production deadlines.
- Lead and mentor the sewing team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of sewing machines and equipment.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure finished products meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to address any issues related to sewing techniques or patterns.
- Monitor inventory levels of sewing supplies and materials, and manage procurement.
- Analyze and improve sewing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain detailed records of production metrics and work in progress.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
