• At least 10 years or more experience in managing a retails shop in Consumer Electronics business.

• Be ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Good knowledge in MS Office & ERP.

Responsibilities & Context

You will be responsible for managing a Showroom or Brand Shop. You may e designated as Manager depending on your background. Urgent Recruitment. (Permanent)

• Presenting & selling company products / services to current & potential clients.
• The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
• Must have to achieve the sales target.
• Formulating and executing sales plans.
• Leading a sales team within the showroom/Brand Shop.
• Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
• Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
• Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom/Brand Shop.
• Maintain clean and safe environment. Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
• Prepare bill, challan, quotations, as required.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer software.
