Additional Requirements

  • Constant alertness to engineering design risks and opportunities, including proactive intervention where required.
  • The ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, financial, experience and judgment.
  • The ability to follow up and follow through on delegated instructions and tasks.
  • Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of desktop applications and related software packages, with proficiency in Excel and Project a must (proficiency in Primavera P6 an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Certification: Must have certification from relevant OEM of Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution brands (Avaya / Alcatel lucent / Cisco / NEC) or Working Experienceof (Avaya / Alcatel lucent / Cisco / NEC).
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the company’s products or services thoroughly to be able to present them effectively to potential clients.
  • Product Strategy: Defining the product strategy, including pricing, positioning, and target markets.
  • Product Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and materials to promote Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution products.
  • Needs Assessment: Work closely with customers to understand their specific Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution requirements and challenges.
  • Presentation: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the product or service’s features and benefits.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to guide clients in choosing optimal Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution.
  • Develop comprehensive Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution solutions in alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Create detailed system schematics,diagrams, and documentation for proposed Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution designs.
  • Must have strong knowledge on designing and deployment of Hospitality telephony solution, call center solution etc.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers, including pricing and product configurations.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor’s products and conduct comparisons to highlight the advantages of offered Enterprise IP & Analog Telephony Solution products.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with potential clients to earn their trust and confidence.
